On October 22, European media Eurohoops reported that they selected the first EuroBasket MVP list of the new season based on the performance of the first five rounds of EuroBasket. Among them, Vezinkov ranked first, Nunn ranked second, and Nadir Schiffy (France Paris Basketball Team) ranked third. Among these five, except for Nadir Heaphy, the other four all have NBA experience.
In the first five rounds of the EuroBasket League, Vezinkov was elected as the round MVP twice.
