June 26th NBA 2025 draft, the Mavericks selected Cooper Flag with the No. 1 pick.
Frager then gave an interview and talked about his feelings about his upcoming collaboration with Irving, AD, and Clay.
"I am very lucky to have such opportunities. Not many No. 1 picks can have such opportunities. Being able to play with high-level players like AD, Kerry, and Clay. I want to be a sponge, and I want to learn from them as much as possible.
"I think AD is a very good role model. His outstanding performance on both ends of the offense and defense and his impact on victory will be an excellent role model for me. ”
