Marca: Atletico Madrid s home ground will once again be transformed into an ice rink this Christmas, attracting more than 100,000 visitors last year

On October 17, "Marca" reported that during Christmas this year, Atletico Madrid's home court will once again be transformed into a winter paradise.

"Madrid Ice World" is about to return. This 4,200 square meter ice rink made Atletico Madrid's home stadium one of the most popular Christmas attractions in the Spanish capital last year and is also one of the largest ice rinks in Europe.

Can accommodate up to 1,500 people skating on the ice surrounding the stadium turf at the same time. This activity will combine sports, leisure and Christmas atmosphere in a unique environment. But the fun goes beyond skating: this year Madrid Ice World will also feature musical performances, children’s entertainment and more, as well as classic winter holiday treats like hot chocolate, roasted chestnuts, marshmallows and more.

Atletico Madrid’s home stadium has convenient transportation, which is also a major attraction for tourists. The stadium has an exclusive subway line and two nearby stations: Las Rozas Station and Canilejas Station. It is also closely connected to 15 urban bus lines and 20 intercity lines. Visitors who choose to drive can use free parking.
