Official: Leeds United signs Leicester City fullback Justin, and the two sides sign for four years

Leeds United are very pleased to announce the permanent signing of highly acclaimed defender James Justin from the Championship Leicester City.

The 27-year-old signed a four-year contract with the White Army, becoming the 10th new player to be introduced by Daniel Falke this summer.

Justin has rich experience in the Premier League and is currently only one game away from completing his 100th appearance in the Premier League. He has also made appearances in European and international arenas. He was born in the youth training of his hometown team Luton Town and was successfully promoted to the first team. The 1.83-meter-tall full-back has shown strong versatility and is competent for both wings of the defense line. He has become the main force since he was young.

Early in Luton's play, he played a key role in the team's two-game jumps - they first finished second in the League Two and then crowned the champion in the League One season.

For his outstanding performance, Justin was named Luton's Young Player of the Year and was selected for the EFL Team of the Year and the PFA Team of the Year. Since then, many clubs have become interested in him and he eventually joined Leicester City in the Premier League.

In his first season with Leicester, he helped the team finish fifth in the Premier League and qualify for European competition; in the subsequent season, he helped the team to reach the top five again, and also won the FA Cup championship!

While playing for the "Imperial Stadium", Justin played in European competitions to double digits, and was selected for the England national team for the first time in 2022, completing his national team's debut, and accumulating more experience in top competitions.

While showing his football ability, he also showed his leadership temperament and once wore a captain's armband in Leicester City. Now, his joining has further enriched Falke's team lineup.
