TA: Liverpool has no intention of selling Kanssa, Leverkusen s interest may make them reconsider

Football

June 12 TheAthletic reported that Leverkusen is considering introducing Liverpool's Kwansa as part of the team's rebuilding this summer.

Leverkusen is negotiating with Liverpool for a record-breaking transfer of Werz. After his defender Jonatan Ta joins Bayern, Hermoso will end his loan and leave, and Kosonu is unlikely to stay in the team. Leverkusen will add Kwansa to the center back signing list.

It is reported that any pursuit of Kanssa by Leverkusen (Liverpool's valuation of Kanssa exceeds £40 million) will be carried out separately from the trade of Werz. Leverkusen's team history signing record was to sign midfielder Demirbai from Hoffenheim for 32 million euros (£27.1 million) in 2019. Quasa ushered in a breakthrough in the 2023-24 season, but has limited playing time in the last season.

Liverpool has a high rating for Kanssa and has no intention of selling this summer, but Leverkusen's interest may force them to reconsider. Newcastle had previously expressed interest in Kansar, who had been rejected for the young defender a year ago, and then turned their eyes to Joe Gomez, but failed to sign.

Kunsa has made 25 appearances in various competitions this season, but has only started 5 times in the Premier League. His goal next season is to get more opportunities to play.
