In the early morning of July 14, the reorganized 2025 Football World Cup came to an end, and Chelsea defeated Paris Saint-Germain 3-0 in the final and successfully won the championship.

This year's Club World Cup is the first competition after this event was reorganized into the top 32. Chelsea successfully qualified as the European champion in 2021, and eventually they became the first champion team after the reorganization of the Club World Cup. In the end, Chelsea won a $40 million championship bonus, while Paris won a $30 million runner-up bonus.
