For Manchester United! La Jue is revealed to be interested in selling the holding team, Saudi PIF consortium proposes acquisition

As we all know, in addition to owning 27.7% of the Red Devils, Manchester United boss Sir Jim Ratcliff is also the owner of the French Ligue 1 Nice team. As the head of INEOS, he invested in the French club six years ago. Recently, news said that La Jue is willing to sell Nice shares, and Saudi Arabia's interest in the French club is increasing day by day, which will allow the billionaire to focus on Manchester United.

Ratcliffe has become a co-owner of Manchester United in recent years, but this is only part of his football portfolio, which he acquired Nice for £89 million in 2019. But now, the British billionaire is preparing to sell the French club, which ranks 6th in Ligue 1. According to French media L\'Informe, the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF, currently owns Newcastle) knows Ratcliffe's position and is considering making an offer.

Ratcliffe is not popular with everyone in France, and he has previously stated that despite Nice's excellent players, he does not like to watch Nice's games because the level of the game is not enough to excite him. He said: "I don't really like to go to Nice to play because although Nice has excellent players, the game level is not high enough to excite me."

Ratcliffe spent £1.3 billion to buy a 27.7% stake in Manchester United in 2023. He took over the club's football operations, but many of his decisions caused great controversy and failed to lead the club in the right direction. Since taking office at Old Trafford, Ratcliffe has chosen to step down Sir Ferguson as his paid ambassador and has also significantly increased fares, canceled offers and children's fares, sparking protests. Several of his important appointments, including Dan Asheworth, also failed to succeed.

Ratcliffe had only one coaching change, and he chose to fire Tenhach and appointed Ruben Amorin. However, so far, this move has not worked. Although the team has made great progress in the UEFA Cup, the team's performance in the Premier League is still bleak. But the billionaire insists that he will continue to support Amorin in the summer.

He said: "You know, you're a young man, you first came to the Premier League, and it was midway through the season, which is not your native language. You have to give this guy a little time. I can accept your criticism, but please give Reuben a chance. I think he's a good guy, he works hard, and I think he's doing a good job."
