Manchester City will sign Donaluma with an unexpected low price. Whether it is successful or not may be related to Galatasaray!

Manchester City is considering introducing Gianluigi Donaluma at a low price.

But only if Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson is attracted by Galatasaray's "Turkish temptation".

26-year-old Donnarumma is currently available for transfer from European champion Paris Saint-Germain for about £40 million in a contract dispute, though he hopes to rise 50% on the current £210,000 per week salary.

Recently, Donnarumma also expressed his dissatisfaction with being forced to leave the team by Louis Enrique.

Donnarumma posted on social media: "Unfortunately, someone decided that I can't be a member of the team anymore and can no longer contribute to the success of the team. I am disappointed and frustrated."

Paris coach Enrique admitted: "I had to make a very difficult decision. It was not easy. He is one of the best goalkeepers today, and his character is even more unspeakable."

Although City said it has not received contact from Turkey, Galatasaray is eager to see if he can convince Ederson, who has only 12 months left in the contract, to leave the Premier League.

Originally expected that Ederson, who is about to turn 32 and play for Manchester City since 2017, will fulfill his contract for the last year and leave the team as a free agent next summer.

This means Galatasaray has to offer a huge offer to make him change his mind and give up potential free transfer income.

But if the Brazilian goalkeeper asks Manchester City to let him go, Donnarumma will re-enter the horizon - and Guardiola's side seems to be the only possible option in the Premier League right now.

Chelsea and Manchester United have made it clear that they have no intention of pursuing the Italian goalkeeper. Stamford Bridge is confident in Robert Sanchez, who has performed well in the Club World Cup.

At Old Trafford, Andre Onana has been assured that he will coach the starting goalkeeper next season as Ruben Amorin, with Manchester United insisting that their remaining transfer priorities are not in the goalkeeper position.

Donnarumma has not made the roster of the European Super Cup final against Tottenham, and the French champion club has signed Lille's Luca Schevalier as his replacement.

This makes Donarumma have to wait for the buyer, and the Italian seems willing to stick to the last moment of the summer window before making a decision on his future.
