Post: Sane has moved to London, which has attracted the attention of many Premier League clubs
May 28th According to the Daily Mail, Sane has moved to London, which has attracted the attention of many Premier League clubs.
It is reported that 29-year-old Bayern Munich winger Sane has moved to London to reunite with his wife Candice. His agent Pini Zahavi has been in contact with Premier League clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham to discuss potential transfers. Sane's contract will expire this summer, and Bayern insists that it will not raise its current salary quotes, including a fixed annual salary of 10 million euros (about 8.3 million pounds) and a floating bonus of 5.5 million euros (about 4.6 million pounds). However, club executives including sports director Max Eberl are willing to pay the amount to retain Sane.
Therefore, Bayern is considering increasing Sane's fixed annual salary to 13 million euros (about £10.9 million), while reducing the bonus portion accordingly. In addition to the Premier League team, the Turkish Super League team Galatasaray also provided Sane with a contract of 10 million euros per year. Sane needs to decide where he will go as soon as possible, as Bayern hopes to resolve this issue before leaving for the Club World Cup on June 10.
Sane was an important member of Manchester City's "Percent Team" in the 2017-18 season and helped the team win the domestic triple championship in the following season, including a second consecutive Premier League title. However, before joining Bayern in the summer of 2020, he encountered a difficult time in Manchester due to a torn ACL. This season, Sane has regained form at Bayern, scoring 10 goals to help the team regain the Bundesliga championship.
